 Petrol In Cyprus Petrol is sold by the litre and included in the price is 15% VAT. The brands that are available are as follows: EKO, Exxon Mobil, Esso, Lukoil, Petrolina, Lina and Agip.
In larger towns and cities the petrol stations are equipped with self service machines for non-working hours, where by payment can be made by credit card or bank notes.
The approximate opening hours (these can vary depending on area) of petrol stations are as follows:
April 1 - September 30 Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 19:00
Saturday: 06:00 - 15:00
October 1 - March 31 Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 18:00
Saturday: 06:00 - 15:00
